我是一個年青人24歲,且幾乎每天都有運動...我讀夜校...早上有工作...我之前有比較好,但這陣子又不太好睡...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~我的睡眠狀況一直都不是很好...不好入睡也很容易睡一下子(約2or3小時)就醒過來..醒後不易再入睡....(我也知道這真的很麻煩,但我很面對現實)曾吃過stinox(安眠藥)約二年,
