想運動是因為我體質很差所以想藉此增強體力<想變更man~>現在課業壓力又大找個管道好好發洩<現在高一,是男滴~>希望排星期一到星期六主要訓練心肺耐力,肌力,肌耐力,爆發力,柔軟度......差不多就是國中小所謂的體適能訓練喇><"該怎麼訓練才好呢??拜託各位高手摟~^^~
