我想請問各位大大們!!!我現在85公斤了我很想減肥要如何減呢???????還有我想知道倒底是要飯前運動比較好呢??????還是飯後運重比較好啊???那一個的效果比較好呢有誰有比較好的減肥方法呢??可以告訴我嗎我想知道有親身體驗的最好是像我一樣是大胖子的人然後靠自已的能力瘦下來的謝謝各位了!!!1
