最近自己加入了同事朋友的一支棒球隊~雖然以前是有打過棒球隊~不過就是沒那麼正式的隊伍~現在的隊中正在積極訓練我們~每個禮拜六都得練上一整天的球~差不多從早上8點要到下午5點~每次練完隔天都全身痠痛又疲勞~請問有人曉得該怎樣消除這種症狀嗎~感謝ㄋ~
