我這個人說胖不算胖,說瘦又不太合理,雖然學校的BMI值是正常的,不過,還是不夠好,我現在身高169.5,體重就有6開頭,我好怕我會一直胖下去,到時候變了一個名副其實的小胖妹怎麼辦!!因為我胃腸不好,所以消化的慢,連排宿便也不是天天的,我只好灌腸,不過,灌腸也不能常常用,不然到時連排泄功能都出問題.我��
