如何練馬拉松(跑完) - 健身

今年有參加兩次半馬的馬拉松(大約2小時15分左右)不過想要參加全程的最近比較常跑(都跑一個小時),一個禮拜3-4次不過有時會覺大膝蓋有點小痛,腳底的筋也會酸(不知道是不是扁平足的原因)不知道平常要怎麼練習,希望各位前輩指導我身高165.62公斤.....(上半身較壯..有在健身房練)謝謝
