我的氣喘病已經治癒的差不多,已經有兩三年沒有再發作了介由此機會我想訓練肺活量!!網路上有許多訓練肺活量的文章不知是不適合自己或是有其他的因素,做沒多久的運動就顯的很累很喘很暈!!跑步有再跑,不過車禍膝蓋有受傷過,醫生建議少跑步游泳對一個旱鴨子來說是有點困難的事情!!還有沒有什麼其
