我是一個高中一年級得學生.身高180體重86公斤!!因為常常在籃下打混但彈跳力不夠好!!我爸教我先拉筋!!彈跳力有明顯徵長.但我覺得不夠每天拉約100.請教我如何讓自己彈跳力變得更好.爆發力也是ps:我說的是在家裡(我沒有很多時間可以運動.一天約1個小時吧@)跑步就不用跟我說了.請各位大大幫忙一下巴@@
