我本身有瘠椎側彎有去看過醫生,是左彎10度,右彎10度醫生說這樣很還算正常範圍,如果是10度到20度才要定期觀察我想問的是,照我目前的情況,該做什麼樣的保健會比較好(除了去學瑜珈之外,比方說什麼樣的伸展操之類的)或是該避免什麼動作才能避免瘠椎再彎曲?...Showmore
