我因為之前長期使用電腦跟姿勢不良而有脖子跟背部不舒服看中西醫都沒看好也照過x光也沒有大問題但是我還是很不舒服我現在開始做瑜珈確實有改善但如果真的要變好可能需有長久持續做瑜珈才會變好而且有時候要加班又比較忙沒空做瑜珈這時候又會再復發我也試過泡澡但好像沒用我也試過吃雞精(��
