再過5個月,我就要畢業去當兵了,但我從小就沒在運動而且很不幸又抽到海陸,聽說3000m要15分以內,但我從來沒一口氣跑完過500m,也不會游泳,想請問每天要怎麼練,才有辦法不在軍中被操死,而且我也很害怕受訓沒幾天,就突發猝死,真不知道該如何是好,如果現在開始練身體,還來得急嗎?要怎麼
