如題本人我168CM體重70上下(不穩定)目前高一考完基測後才發覺自己變超胖==胖到82==不過暑假減掉了十幾KG現在瘦一點不過還是有點胖請那位大大可以幫我擬定每週減重計畫我覺得自己有點過重==不過我願意運動減掉希望寒假可以減去10KG拜託各位大大了
