少吃多動完全不瘦,到底出了什麼問題??? - 運動

連續4天少吃多動,體重卻頑固的一動也不動,用了以前減肥的方式(少油少鹽多纖維.每天快步走50分鐘),卻完全沒有效,整個人好大支我知道減肥的人依定不能吃低於基礎代謝所需的熱量,像我178公分.67公斤,基礎代謝1500大卡左右,就算每天斤斤計較著熱量.維持健康的飲食與運動,還是沒用,照理講��
