我想請問一下我今年23歲了,可是我卻只有160公分有什麼方法可以再高一點嗎?只要長到168就可以了..或者165也行跟骨齡有關係嗎?那以前腰椎有受過傷,那也會影響嗎?以前運動過量也會嗎?那我現在早睡...十點睡這會有幫助嗎?P.S因為我的女友一直未這件事情哭泣跟難過,她也幫我注意很多長高的訊息而且他媽�
