我174但是53KG我很愛吃東西但是不會胖有人說是小腸問題建議喝優酪乳運動後1小時吃肉紅肉最好也有人說多吃蛋白質像是雞蛋肉類等等但是我都試過ㄌ我媽說我越來越瘦囧RZ所以要請教容易發胖的大大們教教我如何發胖聽說出的力氣跟體重有關所以想變胖一點看起來也比較壯所以我要變胖~~~~~!本人假日都
