我是減下來了但怎樣才能不復胖呢?減肥餐:早:芭樂+茶葉蛋+無糖高纖豆漿午:便當上的菜(盡量是菜)晚:滷味的青菜(不加醬)加一點醬油(減肥期間絕不吃白飯(澱粉類))現在打算這樣吃早:三明治+無糖高纖豆漿午餐:便當的菜也有肉+一半白飯(或幾口)晚:菜+試當的肉+幾口白飯減肥時我會運動最少30分鐘但現在我��
