發問這個問題我自己都很不好意思自己減肥好幾年了都瘦了又胖更多回來我不吃減肥藥有看過醫生照著營養食譜吃三餐+運動但是一直減到後來好累了最後還是胖了回去想問大家有什麼運動比較適合像我這樣的人我平常課業繁忙所以比較沒什麼在運動三餐也比較不定時現在都在熬夜真得很怕自己年紀越來
