想瘦身,不想花錢,吃外食,少運動 - 運動

大小腿都很粗,小腹凸出,想瘦,但沒毅力,是個3分鐘熱度的人,錢不多,外宿所以吃外食,本人少運動,可以說是懶,但想瘦,請介紹一些吃外食(容易買的到的)能吃的瘦又健康,最好有早餐到晚餐週一到週日,加上些簡單的運動(最好是室內運動)讓人會想做下去的運動P.S.請不要貼別人知識盡量簡潔�
