慢跑有氧減脂 - 運動

哈囉我想請問各位前輩小弟最近也開始進行慢跑這樣運動了可是一直有個疑問像我每天跑4000公尺花25分鐘左右跑完會很累很喘可是我如果把時間加長到40分鐘慢慢的跑可是不會喘不會累這兩個模式哪種減脂效果比較強呢(雖然我知道4000公尺很少不過我是個胖子想要慢慢進步把目標放在以後一次跑8000)請各�
