我目前的體重維持在80公斤左右,身高178,因為我的體重的關係被女友討厭所以我想問各位大大我想要邊瘦(大腿,屁股,肚子)邊健身(臂肌,胸肌,腹肌),該怎麼辦呢?我現在每天的運動是:1.天天喝2000~3000c.c.的白開水2.天天舉啞玲左右各50下3.天天仰臥起坐50下(可以告訴我正確的姿勢嗎,我不確定我做的是正確的?)4.��
