我166CM體重63有搭配低指乳清跟肌酸我每天都固定吃三餐但因為上班關西中餐吃完都會睡午覺20分鐘左右下班都是吃完晚餐再去健身房先做重訓2小時在慢跑1小時但兩個月下來我肚子指肪還是很多體重也是一直卡在63公斤不動我都是重訓完馬上喝一杯乳清因為每次運動都9點多了都11點睡所以運動完我不會再
