我的肩膀超僵硬好像背了小孩在肩膀一樣.我該怎麼辦?我的工作須站整天的.一天至少八小時.一個星期休一天假.我平時沒有運動的習慣.全身筋骨僵硬.柔軟度差.彎腰手無法過小腿的一半.不要跟我說去給人家按摩~我也想ㄚ....可是要很多$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$請問去看中醫針灸嗎?還是學瑜珈?有什麼運動對伸展筋骨很
