我的運動計畫對嗎?和呼拉圈、游泳、慢走的問題 - 運動

請問一下這三種最多跟最短能運動多久?我晚上沒吃,外加早上搖呼拉圈半小時,晚上也慢走一小時到一個半小時,請問這樣做對嗎?現在想外加游泳。早上:一杯豆漿、火腿蛋土司、三塊芭樂(運動過後一小時才進食)中午:不一定,在公司~要看同事吃什麼,但乾麵佔大多數請問我這樣做是對的嗎?我�
