我健身已經3個多月了,身體還是有點肥肉,健身房ㄧ星期大概去4~5天,一次2小時,重訓一小時,有氧ㄧ小時,健身房教練說我還不用使用乳清蛋白,是不是我身上還有肥肉在??請問各位督練到什麼地步才開始吃乳清蛋白??
