我身高165體重83專長泰拳以前學泰拳時身材很好後來被美食誘惑變得很肥因此我決定減肥我的減肥計畫到第四天了為什麼體重要降不降的!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!我列出下列的飲食和運動項目:早上格鬥訓練:膝擊200次腿擊300次早餐只吃一碗半(我吃全素完全不碰肉)中午吃一碗下午體能訓練:跑走2000
