我是個上班族,上班的時間是輪班制...時間是六點or七點or八點,這樣輪班!吃飯時間或是食材...也很不固定!我試過很多方法,都很失敗!因為我的下半身很水腫,又胖!肉又很硬!一直瘦不下來!我現在160公分63公斤,我希望能用半年時間瘦下十公斤...因為,我有個很喜歡的男生...我不希望他見到這麼胖的我!大家可以
