我已經35歲了,前幾個禮拜發現懷孕,我跟老公嘗試半年多了,所以滿高興的.但是這幾天我發現我有點沮喪,主要的原因是我沒有辦法像之前那樣運動.我一直有運動習慣,一個禮拜會上健身房四五次,也練瑜珈.之前我維持身材的方式主要是靠運動,我也發現運動帶給我很大的樂趣跟成就感,是我日常生活中快樂的
