您好我國2100公尺12多跳遠5米多球速約110-125左右(不算快)會的球種指叉滑球曲球卡特有時候會投出螺旋球(反覆看了N次的JimMecir還有一些日本人的影片所練出來的)但後來知道變化球對手臂不好所以就沒再丟了因為之前飽受手肘受傷所苦我的手肘內側在受傷後就沒有再丟很多球了因為丟的還挺累的我要如果�
