現在考完大考整個暑假基本上算很悠閒本人才160幾公分體重卻達78~79公斤大考前有一個禮拜午餐不吃早晚餐比平常少量+上騎腳踏車來回學校自習從80kg掉到75~76左右感覺減了3~4kg滿簡單的最近幾天會花1小時慢跑(累.喘的話就用走的休息)以為這樣比騎腳踏車累2~3天少說也會瘦個1kg可是1個禮拜下來不但沒有瘦
