一星期一次的早上瑜珈課上了一陣子,骨頭還是硬硬的,有些動作無法做~但越到晚上,那些不能做的動作,又都可以做了~這是正常的嗎?如果我一定要早上上課,又要讓身體能像晚上一樣的自如~要如何做呢?...Showmore
