最近早上起來都會運動但是都不太敢先吃早餐怕會肚子痛或是胃下垂想請問一下各位,早上運動,是先吃早餐、還是後吃?若是先吃,要隔多久才能運動?若是後吃,又要隔多久才能吃?我想早上運動而不傷身體,謝謝!
