我的運動時間大慨是清晨5:30到早上7:00,那請問該先吃早餐再去,還是運動完再吃早餐?如果該先吃早餐,那大概吃完早餐後多久才能運動?還有,我聽有人說,早上運動會有很多問題,例如:發育不良,請問是真的嗎?謝謝各位!
