想請問運動後(如打羽球、打籃球、游泳、自行車、棒球)水分的補充,有人說光補充水分是不足的,運動飲料是比較好的選擇,但是運動飲料裡面的成分各家又不盡相同,甚至標榜等滲透壓,到底應該補充哪種運動飲料,才可以加速水分的補充與體力的恢復!!?市售的運動飲料1.寶礦力水得2.寶健3.舒跑4.FIN
