月經為什麼總是遲到呢? - 運動

月經每次都慢來`為什麼呢`?而且我有來的時候量都很少~大概3天就沒了高中以前我量都很多大概6~7天才走~我在想~~是因為我高中開始比較少運動+晚起的緣故嗎==還有我打催經針也都要過好久才來(大概一星期)吃中藥也還好~~之前去針灸+吃藥之後有比較快來不過到下個月還是又慢來了~~想請教會這樣的原因~
