有運動還是瘦不下來 - 運動

我從上個月開始每天都會運動30分鐘以上跑超場慢跑跳鄭多燕跳繩等到這個月已經整整運動2個月了沒有瘦任何一公斤我食量不大運動後也不會吃東西結果還是沒有瘦到底是怎麼回事解惑一下拜託適方法錯了嗎
