我每2~3天就會去健身房做重訓!運動重量很大~也很固定時間去~看身邊很多人都在喝高蛋白~~但我不想~教練跟我說再平常飲食就可以攝取充足~但頻長我都吃便當~~只有果腹而已~~可否幫我編設一煮菜單及.不會流失原本養分的烹調方法給我呢~?!其中需能補給我大量蛋白質!我什麼都吃~不設限~~可以代替高蛋白
