我是用這一種方式練腹肌的~~(平躺,雙手背在後腦。如同做仰臥起坐,只是將肩膀離開床面(即使0.1cm也算)即停,維持此姿勢七秒鐘後再躺下,共計做三十次。)但是我每次做完這個運動後~我都覺得很像剛被人家\"ㄑㄧㄚ\"完脖子一樣~很想吐~~~~為什摩會這樣呢?!我覺得我再做的時候脖子會很用力......
