國二的女生,筋超硬,柔軟度超不好的要怎樣做才會使柔軟度增加?靠拉筋?靠吃食品?靠運動?還是...??一天之中,我們的筋哪個時候最放鬆,拉筋的時候比較好拉??(是洗澡後嗎?)柔軟度超不好的人,學瑜珈有用嗎??(如果高一才來學,學得起來嗎?)拉筋之後,要做什麼保養才不會使得隔天手腳痠痛嗎??請舞蹈高手.瑜珈��
