各位大大我想請問一下我本身打球打了兩年現在也是身障棒球隊隊員以後還有機會出國比賽但是我們屬於社會人士並非職業所以自己想要自主訓練自己有開了菜單想請各位大大前輩給我點建議菜單:周一游泳滾地球蛙走健身房腳周二手腕重訓+肚子周三慢跑衝刺跑胸部和背部重訓周四手腕重訓+腳周五慢跑+
