我這笨蛋,想練瑜珈,由站立姿勢,然後上半身彎腰,用手指摸到地板之動作,在這過程中,有感覺到(從腰到腳底的明顯------麻木感),但當時我認為不是刺痛感,也就忽略了,整個動作持續至少5分鐘以上,當天做完之後,並無任何感覺。但是一覺醒來,才是惡夢的開始,右半腿(從屁股到腳底)有明顯��
