我很想變壯..目前雖然是結實..但不壯我每天下班都會運動..有做重量訓練..跳繩..蜘蛛爬等等運動時間總約20--25分想問因為每天都做到手腳都滿酸的腰背也是..是每天固定做好還是要讓身體休息一下..因為我滿瘦的.不過幾個月下來有變胖一丁點..我想做對身體有效率有幫助的事!!懇請大大解惑(有可能一天��
