因為工作關係每天久坐不運動實在不行我原本常常登山慢跑次數頻繁後來膝蓋不適就醫竟然膝蓋骨外翻從此之後不敢再登山或慢跑後來改騎單車想說每週騎個三到四次沒想到又看到新聞說有人單車騎久了才二十歲腰間椎盤就退化而且也會對膝關節造成傷害害我又不敢騎單車了如果要持續做的話到底哪一�
