如題,最近開始減肥!!因此愛上慢跑運動(雖然天氣超冷><)...正餐變得沒什麼吃,是有比較瘦了可是感覺自己沒有以前健康,精神好像也變差@@有朋友建議我可以有氧+重訓雙管齊下?還要補充一些優質蛋白質,她還推薦我可以喝vitacodes大豆胜肽群精華~這個適合減肥的人喝嗎?還是有其他推薦?!
