目前我的減肥是方式早餐:隨意吃午餐:自助餐一小碗飯、二份青菜晚餐:芭樂一周運動五天運動內容:跑步機競走35分,踏腳踏車10分、伸展15分這樣三個月體重只瘦了三公斤、體脂下降2.5%第四個月過了二個星期目前體重跟體脂都沒在下降了請問要怎麼樣才能讓體脂下降呢...Showmore
