我每天搖呼拉圈1小時半OR以上,仰臥起坐30下,抬腿每腳180,跳繩1小時,這樣的運動,我是否有辦法在8/30號之前瘦下7~10KG,我每日早餐後都一顆B群,我做這麼多像的運動,會有如何優點缺點傷害呢?PS.我170cm.63kg.男生13歲國一
