各位達人你們好我自訂一組計畫請幫我看看星期一到星期五早上起床喝500cc溫水早餐無糖豆漿+火腿蛋吐司中餐隨意(清淡為主)晚餐能不吃就不吃每天*補充3000cc水份*走路30分鐘(分散ㄉ)*空中腳踏車100下*抬腳各50下*仰臥起坐20-30下*抬腿放鬆15分鐘星期六公休星期日游泳(14:00-15:00)請問這樣有運動也有控制飲食
