減肥體重停滯~ - 健身

我目前在減肥中~每天的飲食已經減少很多早餐不吃~中餐的食量比一般女生的正常食量少一點晚餐有時不餓就沒吃~餓就吃一點點東西至於喝的部分~原則上我都選擇茶類或無糖飲料可是好像體重減到一定程度就好像沒有再往下掉了真的不知道是什麼原因我還想再瘦個10公斤~想問問看~有沒有什麼方法可以��
