不要亂貼文~不亂吃藥.不想復胖.不開刀不要賀X福.S美X我之前喝過了~試過太多次~都減不下來減重我各人知道要運動問題是每天要上班~雖然是櫃檯會計有時走來走去有時坐一下午....我的作息習慣是早是10點起床....凌晨1點睡覺...常會有不自主想吃宵夜..><"11點上班.......晚上7點半下班有人可以建議一
