我是女生身高178CM,60KG上半身瘦,但是腹部的肉都軟趴趴的(可能脂肪太多)手臂些許晃晃~軟軟下半身大腿肉也軟軟的~走路會有些許的晃動(看起來就不結實)小腿算蠻結實的走路不會晃動(因為有蘿蔔了=.=)之前有去朋友家量那種可以測出基礎代謝還有體脂的機器印象中記得基礎代謝1250還是1350��
