我的飲食都蠻正常的,早上一片半的土司+一杯麥片牛奶;午餐三菜+肉或五元白飯,但肉及飯是兩天攝取一次;晚餐則不吃澱粉類食物。睡眠都有6-7小時。每天慢跑至少半小時(晨跑),但卻不像人家說得越跑會越快且越輕鬆,但我跑了一個月下來,卻感覺越跑越累!!沒什麼大進展,是哪裡我該做調整嗎?急~謝謝!因為在11月份有一場9公里需在50分鐘內完成~
